Designed and built by a furniture-maker, 'The Bungalow' is a two-bedroom Arts and Crafts style house. Relax on the upstairs deck and enjoy the quiet wooded surroundings in this secluded bungalow haven. Tucked away on a private drive and set back a block away from Bradford St, you'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay, a quick 2 minute walk to the new Provincetown Theater, a 5 minute walk to the gallery district and East End restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to town center.
From the front door, you will enter the open-plan 1st floor. The living/dining area is paneled in traditional bead-board, and opens to a generous kitchen with stone counter tops and modern appliances The half-bath is also on the first floor. Two bedrooms -- one with a queen bed and one with a double bed are on the air conditioned 2nd floor. Both bedrooms have french doors leading out to a private deck with an outdoor shower. The full bath with traditional tile and fixtures is just off the upstairs hallway. Hardwood floors are throughout, except in the tiled bathrooms and kitchen. Parking for 1 car is adjacent to the unit.
