Tucked away on a private drive and set back a block away from Bradford St, you'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay, a quick 2 minute walk to the new Provincetown Theater, a 5 minute walk to the gallery district and East End restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to town center.

From the porch, you will enter the large open-plan 1st floor. The light filled living/dining area is paneled in traditional bead-board, and opens to a generous kitchen with stone counter tops and new appliances There is a private outdoor shower just outside the rear door. Two equal size cathedral ceiling bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the air conditioned 2nd floor. Hardwood floors are throughout, except in the tiled bathrooms. Parking for 2 mid size cars is adjacent to the unit.
